Presidential Management Fellowship

Presidential Management Fellows, graduates including those with MS, PhD, JD, etc., receive 2 years of classroom training, work assignments, and developmental assignments related to leadership, management, and policy.

The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is administered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Each year, candidates apply for the prestigious title of PMF Finalists. Selected Finalists are eligible for appointment as Fellows.
