#ShowMeYourScience Event July 22-August 2

One of the goals of the Earth Science Women’s Network is to highlight the work of our members and show the diversity of #WomenInScience out there. One of the ways we do that is with social media, and coming soon we will be using our feeds to highlight women scientists who will #ShowMeYourScience

We will be running the social media “event”, July 22-August 2, to highlight some of the awesome science that our members, and #WomenInScience do. The event will use the hashtag #ShowMeYourScience

We are looking for scientists who are willing to be featured on ESWN’s social media feeds (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). More information and a submission form can be found here: Submission Form

We have a limited number a slots for featured scientists, but we are also encouraging scientists to use #ShowMeYourScience during the event, July 22-August 2. During we are asking our members and other #WomenInScience to post photos and images (yes, that latest python scatter plot counts!) of you doing science and use the hashtag #ShowMeYourScience on your Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram feed. You can also tag ESWN!

And for another way to engage on social media, and support ESWN at the same time, from October 14-18 you can join Science-a-thon to share your #dayofscience and raise money for the Earth Science Women’s Network, Girls Who Code, and the Society of Women Engineers.
