Barbie: I can be a computer engineer. (The Remix)

A short story was written about Barbie becoming a computer engineer, but it was sexist in that the boys needed to come to the rescue to fix Barbie’s mistakes and the assumption that Barbie would only design the games and would need the boys to do the programming for her. Casey Fiesler rewrote the text of the story to illustrate the challenges that women in computer engineering often face. This “remix” version is a great story!
